Christine Tosti DMH client: I’m Christine Tosti,  a DMH client raising my own service dog David Bowie. my most important goal in life is to become self employed as a consultant specific to re-entry and incarceration. I would like to bring my dog to jails and prisons giving talks, presentations, and demonstrations of force free positive reinforcement dog training with my own dog.
