ABOUT THIS PAGE

The SMPHC Resource Library is a webpage that will houses resources created by the concern specific SMHPC subcommittees (Housing, Older Adult, Young Adult, Employment, Peer Support) and carefully chosen resources that relate to the relevant topic, plus general resources in one place on the website. The aim is to promote SMPHC’s valuable resources and increase public awareness of the Council.
